    Once you've earned stars through completing challenges in the L'Oréalistar program, you can redeem them for exciting rewards such as products, swag, classes, or surprise PR boxes. Follow these steps to redeem your stars.

    Steps to Redeem Your Stars

    1. Log in to the L'Oréalistar platform at us.lorealistar.com and navigate to the Rewards section.
    2. Browse the rewards catalog to see available items (e.g., Hydrating Cleanser for 150 stars) and note the required stars for each.
    3. Check your current stars balance to ensure you have enough (displayed on the dashboard or Rewards page).
    4. Select the desired reward, confirm details like shipping address, and click Redeem to complete the process—your stars will be deducted automatically.
    5. Receive a confirmation; the reward will be processed and shipped (please allow time for delivery).

    ⚠️ Important:

    All redemptions are final with no returns or exchanges. Rewards are limited in quantity, so redeem promptly. Stars expire after a rolling 12-month period (i.e., 12 months from the date of award). After 12 months of reward date, if there has not been any Program Activity, the stars will expire and cannot be re-used, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash (except where required by law).

  • How long does it take to receive my Reward?

    You should receive your product within 5-7 business days of claiming it. Sometimes it may arrive sooner, but it’s good to factor this timeframe in.

    No, you do not have to pay for rewards! 🎉

    All rewards available in the L'Oréalistar platform are provided for free by the brand as part of the ambassador program. This includes both the rewards themselves and shipping costs.

    • No hidden costs: You will never be asked to pay for a reward.
    • 🚚 Free shipping: The brand covers the cost of shipping.
    • 💰 No additional charges: You do not need to enter payment details to claim a reward.

    ⚠️ What If I’m Asked to Pay?

    If you receive a payment request related to your reward, please check with support before making any payment. This ensures that the request is legitimate and prevents potential scams.

    🗺️ US-Only Shipping: Products can only be shipped to valid United States addresses. Entries with addresses outside the US will not be eligible to receive rewards.
