To ensure your reward is delivered to the correct address within the L'Oréalistar community, it's important to keep your details up to date on your profile. If you’ve moved or need to update your shipping address, follow the steps below.
📍 Steps to Update Your Address
- Log in to the L'Oréalistar platform at us.lorealistar.com.
- Navigate to your profile settings.
- Select the Address section.
- Click Edit, enter your new address, and confirm all details are correct.
- Click Save to update your information.

Always double-check your address before saving to avoid any delivery issues.
🏡 Selecting Your Address from the Search Box
When updating your address, you’ll see an input box that allows you to search for your address.
- It is highly recommended to select your address from the dropdown list that appears.
- If your address is not available, you can manually enter it in the designated field below.
⚠️ Important:
Manually entering your address may increase the risk of formatting errors. If possible, always select an address from the dropdown list.
📩 When Will My New Address Be Used?
Your updated address will apply to all future reward shipments. However, if you have already claimed a reward before updating your address, it will be sent to the previously saved address.
If you need to change the shipping address for a reward you already claimed, please reach out to support at members@lorealistar.odore.com as soon as possible.
